The ground-up development of a nine-story, 325,000 square-foot, life sciences facility located in Chicago’s North Branch Industrial Corridor. The project is the first property to be built within the 53-acre Lincoln Yards mixed-use, master-planned development, and includes the beginning of a continuous pedestrian trail along the Chicago River.
